To order the FREE GI Nurses and Associates Day Kit, just fill out the order form included in your January/February issue of SGNA News and either fax or mail it to SGNA Headquarters. Orders may also be placed by visiting the SGNA Marketplace or by calling 800/245-SGNA (7462). You may order your FREE kit until March 25, 2009 or until supplies run out. Due to a limited supply (300) you may only order one kit per facility.
